There might be differing reports around, but most are just general trends, at best that of certain areas only. You will never know the specific direction of particular projects or stacks or units.

What's most important is balancing that "possible appreciation" with your mortgage interest AND inflation etc, and not continuing aimlessly with the chase for "maximum" returns which will never end.

Whatever you read online, take it with a pinch of salt. In social media today, anyone can post any articles. It's up to the individual to do due diligence to the information provided.

More importantly, you must know what are your objectives in selling. Because it seems to me that you do not have a clear plan on why you are selling. And after selling, it seems to me you have no plans either. Are you planning to wait for prices to drop again before buying?
