Hi, we found a 5I unit at tampines ave, st 43 area which we like... am thinking of getting it but based on past resale transactions, the 5-room flt at that area do not fetch that high resale value compared to other areas...for eg, it is nearer to mrt stn compared to the st 32,33,34 area but yet the prices are comparable and is not higher than those areas... in some cases, they fetch lower than those at st 32,33,34...
