I have actually almost finalized two HDB houses in sengkang and punggol. Both the valuation is not out yet but cov is 25k. one is in sengkang near buangkok mrt at 10th floor. another is at punggol 5th floor in the 63X block. the punggol one is having two room hacked into one room but done up quiet well. punggol one should have good value in future because of waterfront. sengkang one is near mrt and 4A corner. could you advise which one i should buy. i like the punggol one more as it has good renovation and i think in future it will be good investment but problem is i have to take LRT daily. sengkang one is near mrt and also less price than punggol one. also quiet good house so am very confused. please could you help me.
