Tenancy ends Dec.2009. Once Landlord advises me that he is planning to sell his property, I decided to give earlier notice so the agent and landlord can start marketing their unit. To my suprise they actually tenanted the unit since Oct and I have been paying my rental. Now they refuse to return the deposit and wants me to pay for November as well. How can we solve this problem. Your reply is hight appreciate
