My wife and I is staying at HDB Now.
I am a SC and my wife is PR.
The HDB is under my name, and we have bought a Pte Condo last year.( Both our name ). Now if i want to get another Pte Condo under my wife name, what is the duty stamp we have to pay and how is the loan ? Thanks.

Hi,

There will be an addition buyer's stamp duty of 3% on top of the normal stamp duty (3%-$5400).

As for the loan is either 40% or 60% depending on the loan period that you will be taking.
