My tenants wanted to terminate the tenancy agreement just after 3 months of staying in my HDB flat.I had bought a far number of items all brand news as per their requests at that point of signing agreement as per their request. Since now they want to terminate the agreement, can I seek compensation from them? No such clauses was stated in the lease agreement and I cannot contact my agent. Can you also guide me on the documents to prepare for handover?
