Hi Rachel,

You will need to look into the Option to purchase (OTP) and see the clause with regards (vacant possesion). MOst OTP are pretty standards. If it is sold with vacant possession, the state of art washing machine is not inclusive unless it is agreed by the seller.

I suggest you contact the seller and ask whether it will be included or inform the property agent who represent your friend to relate the message.
