Hi Mr. Mugen,

When you had apply for grant (1st HDB) & bought under SBF (2nd HDB). You have fully utilize government subsidize for housing.

You still can buy HDB, but this must be a resale, and only proximity grant is available for you. There are no limits of how many times "proximity grant" can be apply.

Of course, your choice of buying EC or private Condo is not available. This shall dependent on the life style you are looking for in the next 5 to 10 years.

As you have utilized both times for a subsidized housing, you are not eligible to apply for a new direct flat from HDB.

You can however look into a resale HDB flat, or a private condominium.

If you have not utilized your chance for Proximity Housing Grant (up to $20k), you may choose to do so for your next resale HDB flat.
