1) There are different reasons for selling.
2) Price is definitely one of the major factors.
3) Resale market has picked up since 2016, even though there was a cooling measure implemented in 2018 that did not stop it from rising.
4) Some property has to be let go due to its lease, condition, rental yield, etc.
5) What was your main objective of selling, was it for upgrading, capital appreciation, downgrade, etc?
