I am wondering why did you shortlist this project over many other properties and projects available for sale in Iskandar?

Are you prepared to hold on to this property long term or even consider this as a retirement home where you can sell off your assets elsewhere when you retire and move into the property when you retire? Many investors these days into Malaysia I have met the past few weeks or months are advising against investing in Malaysia due to its liquidation prospects (not easy to liquidate given huge supply of brand new and competitive rental). With an eye towards long term, the signs are healthy given the efforts put in bilaterally from the governments to fail but how soon can you get the fruits of investment will be the major concern.

This is the only property we know of as of now, that foreigners can buy below, a Million dollars, we are looking for a long term investment, and also as a passive income, we might depend on the rental to pay our monthly bank instalments, expect the demand and the capital appreciation to grow, and carry on with the property, inshallah...
