In year 2009, i bought a 5 room with my mom from the resale market with no subsidy and bank loan.
My mother & father own a private property.
We are intending to rent out the HDB whole unit and stay in our landed property.
Would that be possible? And what are the taxes we have to pay. Could any experience agent advise on this?

Morning Ken,

The MOP for your HDB unit is 1 year, as it's under the old ruling. You are allowed to apply from HDB for the rental of the whole unit. Other than the property tax of 10% and income tax, you should not be liable for other charges.
