Im planning to sell my 3RM HDB flat. I have completed the MOP. I still have 150K outstanding balance from my bank home loan. flat's expected value is around 320K. a. What are the steps in selling HDB flat, and the timeline? b. What are the costs involved in Selling HDB flat, besides Agent fee (2%)?
