You will need to seek MCST for help as for penthouse you pay a higher maintenance fees.
The roof terrace is inclusive of the PSF on a whole. 500sf-1000sf is okay for roof terrace.

Hi Lisa,

Roof terrace area will usually cause bank valuation to be priced slightly lower. I would not disclose how much percent but you might want to consult with bankers.

As for the leakage, you can check with MCST if they can be of help.
