I'm a Singaporean looking to buy a 2BR condo around $800,000+. I want to move in the latest by the end of the year and it should be near MRT. Also I may rent it out in the future so good yield will be an advantage.

Hi Mrs Sue

I have 2 units of 2 bedroom at Waterview. It is near tampines mrt with 3 big shopping mall. The asking for both units are 900k (neg).
