Hi Grace,

It would greatly depend on the reason that current owners are selling. Is it due to the spookiness or they need to move on due to non-spooky reasons. If it is indeed spooky, I'd assume that most neighbours around this particular unit will be dying to sell too.

Think over what I have mentioned to make a judgement call, as ultimately, the person who will be affected is you if you should decide to buy it.
