if knowing a house which is on sale now and knowing the history of someone pass away in the house before in Corporation Walk, is it wise to buy?

Hi Grace,
It would greatly depend on the reason that current owners are selling. Is it due to the spookiness or they need to move on due to non-spooky reasons. If it is indeed spooky, I'd assume that most neighbours around this particular unit will be dying to sell too.
Think over what I have mentioned to make a judgement call, as ultimately, the person who will be affected is you if you should decide to buy it.
