Evening Peta,

For Seller's Stamp Duty, it would depend on when you purchased the unit. It may range from 0% to 16%, upon the sales of your unit.
If you are referring to Additional Buyer Stamp Duty, being a PR, you will incur it when you purchase your 2nd property.
Hence for me to assist you further, it would be easier if I understand your mindset and where you are trying to get to, with this question.

Hi Peta,

I am not sure if you are referring to ABSD introduced recently.

If you are a foreigner (non SPR or citizen), you will be subjected to ABSD on top of the normal buyer's stamp duty.

If you are a PR and purchasing a 2nd property, you will also be subjected to ABSD.

It will be great if I can understand your question better.
