If a standard balcony glass panel of an owners unit in a condo falls and hurts anyone walking below; who is legally liable?
- Is it the MCST (as the glass panels are a standard exterior fitting of all units in the condo)?
- Or is it the units owner (as the panel fell from his balcony?)
