You are purchasing at their cost price! Buyers who have bought there are mainly for their stay, thus rather unwilling to let go without a profit.

Put yourself in their shoes.

Nevertheless, i have a unit 2+1 going at $799k slightly negotiable. Owner is only looking at marginal profit after including stamp duty paid and allocation of agent's fees

    Thanks for the reply. With the new govt. measures, I believe demand from the buyer side will slacken. I am keen to get a unit, hence this offer. I believe my offer is reasonable because my valuation on Mi Casa is as such - if you can work towards a match, please let me know.
