i owned a property in Malaysia and thinking of buying new hdb. Kindly advise our queries on 1) Currently i owned a 4 room resale hdb. am i eligilble to buy new EC? 2) do i need to sell my 4 room hdb first before buying another hdb? 3) any idea what is the legal age for my kids to own the Malaysia property.
