I m staying in hdb flat (4 room) at Bukit Merah. Intend to put up a partition wall in the living room to create another bedroom (3.5 x 3.5 metres) as the living room is too big (5 metre x 7 metre).
According to my contractor, no approval from hdb is require.is it true???
