                I have rented out my condo under company lease and the occupant is the company employee. The property agent told me verbally that the employee and his wife will be staying my condo. When sign lease agmt, the agent said I may leave it blank becos at that time I do not have passports of both occupants. But I insisted to put the employee first and the wife later.  After I managed to get the employee's wife passport myself, the agent said I may add the name in my copy of lease agmt. After much thought, I insisted that the tenant show me the lease agreement with the employee's wife to be added as the 2nd authorised occupant before I do so on my copy. Is is true that the employee can bring any one to the house as visitor on and off without adding the name in the lease as authorised occupant? even for wife and children?I do not know what so difficult to add the employee's wife name in the lease as authorise occupant since it benefit the employee?Please help. thanks
