I have a tenant who always delay his payment for monthly rental, although the Tenancy contract state that rental must be made within 7 days after rental due.. recently, the tenant delay rental for almost 1 month. I tried calling mobile phone, but remain contactable. What can I do to repossess the apartment and reduce my loss? Any ideas?
