I have a 4RM HDB, MOP has been met. Intend to upgrade to EC and am only eligible for 50% loan. Question: (1) Do i need to pay ABSD since must dispose HDB once EC TOPed. (2) For 50% downpayment, do i make the payment within 2 months of exercising the option?
