You should expect an amount of at least $840k-$920k. It's always a gamble on whether to sell it closer to TOP/TOP-ed/now. I would like to share with you why.

If you can wait till TOP, the price will go higher upon TOP. Of course, if there is a good profit for you, you may also wish to sell it now to get the profit first.
