I am thinking of getting Parc Centros 1 BDRM at 580k for Investment w my husband. Our HDB is fully paid off. Our combined CPF is at 92k, Cash 50k. He is 58 and I am 51. His income is at 4.5k & I’m a housewife.
What would the loan tenure given? Prev my husband had submitted IPA (without me) & all banks approved but it will be ard 16-17 for the loan tenure. If he submit both of us tgt in the application, will it be based on my age or his?
What is d average interest rate for housing loans & which bank offered d best plan?
Is PARC CENTROS a good investment as D19 will have ALOT OF HDB and CONDO.
Can anyone roughly tell me the annual ppty tax payble? When will the ppty tax for Parc Centros will be payable?
Can anyone explained on Subsale. I will not be taxed only when I sell this 1 bedroom off in Year 2020?
Must both parties be present to sign the OTP. Can I sign the OTP,reserve the unit, & he signed next day? When will I need to submit the 5% in this case?
