If you are looking to sell, you should be able to get approximately $9XX to $1,0XX psf now, subjected to your facing and condition of the unit.

You will be able to fetch $3k and above for rental.

Due to the good location of The Quartz, you should be able to find tenant and buyer quite easily. However, as it is in the heartland, most buyers are likely to buy for own stay and you will be restricting yourself to this group of buyer should intend to sell with tenancy.

You can start to sell during anytime of the tenancy as long as your tenant willing to cooperate with the viewing schedule.
