Hi,

1) The loan amount is based on the outstanding existing loan + new loan amount using MSR.
2) If you are using an HDB loan at the moment, you will have to put up your inquiry to HDB to get a better answer:
hdbresales@mailbox.hdb.gov.sg.
3) If you are using a bank loan, you will have to get in touch with your banker
