i am currently staying in 4rm flat and looking to upgrade to Executive Condo/Condo for 2 half/3 bed rm in hougang,sengkang area. My budget is ard $750k-$800k. Is it possible?
How much cash should i set aside for the downpayment,stamp duty, etc?

Hi,
for the questions we need to do a valuation to know how much your current property can fetch you and as for the stamp duty you need to pay the normal stamp duty as you are going to dispose your current property. To know more feel free to call me or sms me i will call you.
