May I know your objectives for this purchase? Will it be for your own stay or for long-term rental income? May I know the unit size and type you are looking at? It would be ideal if I can have this input so to make better recommendations.

Otherwise, personally speaking, I believe Kallang Riverside will be the better of the two as some of the units offer more scenic views of the Singapore landscape. The condo is also freehold and 8 years newer, and away from the main road and industrial area of Kallang. Whether these factors justify paying the differential premium of a few hundred PSF is subjective, as each person has different criteria for value assessment.

Just my 2 cents opinion. Please feel free to get in touch, I be glad to share more of a comprehensive assessment so you could make a more informed decision.

Both projects are very good projects for your consideration. Have you manage to visit the showflat of Kallang Riverside or view any of the units at Riverine? If you have yet to do so, I would definite recommend you to view both projects and have an actual feel of the place, location and layout of the developments.

Both the projects are located very close to each other, however in term of location, Kallang Riverside will be on the stronger aspect as it is away from the main road, therefore you can enjoy more peace and tranquility if you are getting the unit for own stay.
