I am considering to purchase a property abt 700k and currently considering a HDB in Redhill or Queenstown but at the mean time was considering an EC which will be launching soon in Pungol. Not too sure what will be the best take. Anyone can advise me, sincerely appreciated.

Hi Sir,

If you have the budget, I sincerely advise you to go for the EC. Enjoying yourself with the condo facilities, and once you meet the MOP of 5 years, I believe the value for the EC will also appreciate as well. You then decide by that time whether you want to upgrade further.
