How do I delete my agent's account with Property Guru? I am denied access to any agent's contact because I did not renew my package with u? I have request for assistance many times but nobody bothered to answer or assist. Is this the way to treat agents who don't renew their package? What kind of customer service is your company offering? Each time I have to use my husband's handphone to whatsapp the lister. My account always show error, although I feedback to you upteen times. I am not expecting any assistance this time again, unless I wanted to buy another package from you!
