After selling your condo, you need to wait out 30 months before you can apply for BTO or SBF or new EC. For resale HDB there is no need to wait.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

If you are looking at SOBF and have existing private property at hand, you will have to wait for 30 months after you have sold your private property. If you are looking for immediate place to stay, I would advise that you look at resale unit.
