My question is about ABSD. My wife have a first property with her mum. Later she also bought another property joint with me. Both property were purchased before the implementation of the ABSD.
Now the mum wants to transfer her share to my wife (first property she purchased).
I understand that since same property, it will be considered as One property. But now since she is also holding another property with me, will she need to pay ABSD or just the stamp duty of 3%?
