In the event that an executive condominium gets privatised after 10 years, will the market/resale value of the exec condo be lower or higher than before its privatisation, in general?
Depending on where this EC is, the chances of the price increasing after going private is there because of the fact that is open to a wider choice (Foreigners etc.)
Executive condos are built for the middle-income categories in Singapore, thus as i mentioned before. It all depends on how convenient the EC is to other amenities. It will not shoot up but there should be a gradual incline.

it depends on the specific development due to its surroundings. if there are new lifestyle concept amentities, mrt station and shopping mall, it will tend to appreciate.
generally, the price will appreciate upon privatisation due to wider pool of buyers (foreigners), greater demand=higher price
