Hi,
I'm Singapore PR and I'm planning to get my own hdb in SG, but i do not have much cash, and have only about $60K in my CPF.
My fren told me it's still possible to get a hdb as long as the owner never demand for cash above COV, means no need for me to fork so much cash or only minimal cash.
But some friends told me we need to fork out 5% cash and 5% from CPF. Can someone enlighten me? I wish to get my own place soon.
