Hi,

The agent that you should look for should be:
(1) Punctual: always on time for any viewing appt.
(2) Responsive: Always response to your whatsapp, sms, call etc, and not always never response to your query.
(3) Responsible: Always deliver what was promise.
(4) Trust: Do not give over promise that is too good to be true.

These are the basic principle I've been holding, please let me assist you to achieve your objective.
