Hi I'm looking for a 3room flat. Me and partner have a total cpf of around $240k. We want to purchase by utilizing the whole cpf amount. Any suggestions or locations? Tks!

Evening,

Depending on estate and sizing of unit, the current market pricing for 3 room flat runs from $260k. If both of you are local first timer buyers, you might be able to get $30k to $40k grant. This is subjected to your combined income and proximity from either parents.
