Hi, I would like to asked a question, if there is 3 family (mom,son and daughter) wanted to rent a whole unit either hdb flat or condo with 2 bedroom, but let say one of them were unemployed will that be an issue.
For example if the condo price for 2 bedroom were $1300. But only 2 person who going to pay for the rental at $650 each. Any problem for the 3rd person staying without paying the rent, but only the name were on the rental unit?!
