Hi, I recently gave a post dated cheque for a condo. The seller's agent told me that this is a sort of "booking" to show my interest after i told agent that I cannot do the official 1% deposit as I was stuck selling my HDB. When I gave the cheque I didn't sign any documents at all. No OTP was signed. Does this mean that i can cancel anytime?
