Hi Maddy,

Zhiwei is right. You are entitled to keep your existing condo while you leave Singapore for your overseas work commitment and rent out the place. As it maybe troublesome for you to fly in and out of Singapore to conduct all the necessary documentations, assigning a Power Of Attorney to take care of these procedures would facilitate the entire rental process as well, but I believe that you will feel more at ease to have do these things personally.

On the other hand, since prices are healthy now, would you consider selling the property if a right offer does come in?
