Hi,
I have moved to a condo and have rented out my HUDC maisonette for the last year..the lease is ending end January 2011.

We like the tenants and they have expressed they wanted to extend lease by min of 9mths with option to extend by another 3years.

Do I need to draft up a new agreement or how do I go about so that the tenant can arrange to pay the stamp duty? Is there anything else I need to look out for or any authorities to update to?
