Partially furnished flats will be more common for 3 bedrooms apartment, where appliances like washing machine, refrigerator and curtains are usually provided since they usually come with specific dimensions. Wardrobes are also usually built-in as well as the kitchen cabinets and stove. Some apartments come with built in oven as well. As for the remaining, it will usually be up for tenants to bring in their furnishings.
