I assume you are referring to the private jacuzzi area? Does it link out to the main pool? The electricity consumption is dependant on the type of pool, in terms of the specifications of pumps and filter involved. It is unlikely we will be able to advise as such, moreover, the utility bills does not itemise how electricity is being consumed in the household. Very likely, the answer will only be able to answered by the vendor of the pool based on the equipments they have used to build the pool.
I am sorry I am unable to provide any answer in this aspect but I think it will be helpful to find out more about the mechanisms involved for the pool in order to dive further into this and look for the vendor for advise.
