Hi, hope someone can help. I'm a foreigner. I'm planning to invest in private residential property (Condominium) in Singapore. Is there a difference in property tax if I were to buy in under an individual's name versus a company's name?

Hi,

There is no difference if you are buying under company's name. However, if you are living in your own house, can apply for owner-occupier’s tax rates. Owner stay = 4%, Non owner occupied = 10%. Feel free to contact me for properties related matters in singapore. I can be of great service.
