Hi Gurus, I would like to seek advice on HDB shophouse matters. I want to rent space from a main tenant who had leased from a private owner. But I am afraid that if the main tenant cease operations then what will happen to me? Will I be kicked out?

Any ways to resolve such an issue? Help is appreciated. Thanks.
