Hi gurus, I am thinking to buy an resale HDB in central area around little India or Jalan Besar and the age is around 30 years old. Price is still pretty high now. If I want to sell it after 5 years of staying, will I risk lossing a lot since the flat is quite old? Or the price will be stable?

Afternoon,

Resale HDB in central area are limited. With supply and demand, subjected to ethnic restriction, the pricing should be good. However, do note that the age of the unit of the resale unit should not exceed 40 years to optimize on the profitability.
