Hi Gurus, have a situation in hand. We sold our pte apt in Dec 12 but my wife is also holding to a pte condo. While she is actively looking to sell it as well, it is precisely where we are now locked in an argument. I would like to move in to the new condo (just TOP/collected keys/2 bedders only) while sourcing for a 3 bedders good enough for 5 persons. However, my wife prefers to sell her condo and rent a place instead while we continue to source. Any advise is welcome. Thanks!
