Hi guru,i m interested in purchasing an HDB 4 rooms flat around bukit panjang or hougang area.It is alright for the unit to be low floor.This is my first time purchasing a flat.My CPF account is around 125k.I m married with an foreign wife.Your financial advise please?

Evening,

Are you SC? If so, you can purchase resale unit under non-citizen spouse scheme.

Is your household income more than $10? If so, you have enough CPF at hand but you might require around $65k cash.
