hi all , my question it is simple , i have a clear of loan condo appartment , which i want to give to my son , so i need to change the name on the title deed remove my name and put his name in order to let him be the owner of the property ,
what charges and tax we have to pay to do the transition ???

If you want to do it. cost should be less than $50k if your said property is about $1M. Let me know if you want to do it. i will advice you how and where to do it .
