Hi all, (A) I am SPR, Single, below 30 (B) IPA obtained 1.5mil but that's based on 60%, I prefer about 40% so I would loan 1mil (C) Cash+CPF hold is 150k (D) purpose is for investment, want to rent out now and sell off when market is good and after lock-in period (about 5 years later?) (E) free-hold or 999-yr only (F) All areas are OK except GeyLang & East. Any recommendation? Thks
